This policy explains what data Zigma Pro processes when you use zigma-pro.com, why and for how long. The tools are used without signing up: there are no accounts or passwords. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
1. Contact
For any question about privacy or your data, write to contacto@zigma-pro.com.
2. What data is processed and why
- Audio files you upload to AI Master (once available). They are used only to process them and return the result, and are deleted automatically about an hour later. They are not listened to, shared or used to train models.
- Tools that process on your device. The converter, the audio editor and the room acoustics designer work on your device: those files and data are never uploaded to a server.
- Technical data. Your IP address is used to apply the free usage limits and stop abuse, and is stored only as an encrypted fingerprint (hash) renewed every day.
- Statistics. Anonymous usage events (tool, action, language and country), without cookies or IP addresses.
- Contact. If you write through the form or by email, your name, email and message, to reply to you.
Zigma Pro does not sell your data.
3. Cookies and storage in your browser
zigma-eng: remembers which server holds your files (1 day). Necessary.zigma-lang: remembers your language (1 year).- Browser local storage: tool preferences and drafts (for example, of the contact form). It stays on your device.
- Advertising. The tools show Google AdSense ads (once active). Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads, including personalized advertising based on your visits to this and other sites. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services; you can turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland your consent is requested first.
4. Who it is shared with
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service:
- Cloudflare: site hosting, protection and processing.
- Google: advertising.
Processing takes place on servers of Zigma Pro and of its infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare), in Argentina and other countries. Data is disclosed to authorities only when a law or court order requires it.
5. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Argentina (for example, in the United States), under the contractual data protection safeguards they offer their customers.
6. How long it is kept
- Audio files: about one hour.
- IP fingerprint for limits: renewed every day.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to reply and follow up on your inquiry.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@zigma-pro.com. If you live in the European Union or the UK, you can also object to processing and file a complaint with your data protection authority.
Under Argentine Law 25,326 (article 14, section 3), data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights under data protection rules have been infringed.
8. Security
The site only works over HTTPS, files are deleted automatically and audio processing runs isolated. No system is infallible: if you find a vulnerability, write to contacto@zigma-pro.com (see also security.txt).
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
