These terms govern the use of zigma-pro.com and its tools. By using the tools, you accept them. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
1. What Zigma Pro offers
- Free tools, without signing up: AI Master (automatic mastering), audio converter, audio editor and room acoustics design.
- Professional services (mixing, mastering, production, editing, consulting and acoustic design), agreed separately with each client. Contact: contacto@zigma-pro.com.
2. Free use
Free use has daily limits per connection, shown in the tools, which may change. The server may be unavailable at times (maintenance or outages), without prior notice. The tools are offered as they are and may change or be discontinued.
3. Your content
Only upload audio you own or are authorized to use. You remain the owner of everything you upload and of the results. You give Zigma Pro a limited permission to process your files solely to return the result to you; they are then deleted (see the privacy policy). Always keep a copy of your originals.
4. What is not allowed
- Uploading unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Circumventing the limits (for example, with automated requests).
- Attacking, overloading or testing the site's security without authorization. If you find a vulnerability, report it responsibly (see security.txt).
- Reselling access to the tools.
In case of misuse, Zigma Pro may block access.
5. Results
The tools apply automatic processes and show every decision they make. Results depend on the source material, so exact values (for example, loudness) or fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Listen to the result before publishing it. For tailored work, there are the professional services.
6. Site intellectual property
The Zigma Pro brand, the site design, its texts and the tools' software (including the emulations) belong to their owner. They may not be copied or used without authorization. Third-party libraries are used under their licenses, stated in each tool.
7. Liability
The free tools are offered free of charge and as they are. Zigma Pro is not liable for how you use the results or for the loss of files you have no copy of. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.
8. Changes and governing law
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date. They are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
